Privacy and your data
At Yuan we respect your privacy. We only collect the personal data you choose to give us: for example your email address and, if you wish, your WhatsApp number when you sign up for our newsletter, or the details you share when you contact us.
We use this data only to reply to you and to send you our news. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We treat personal data in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can read more on the UAE Government’s page on data protection laws.
Our newsletter is managed through Klaviyo, an email service that stores subscriber details on our behalf.
Unsubscribe or ask about your data
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send.
Or simply write to us at admin@yuanteahouse.com and we will remove you from our list. You can also write to us to ask which data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
